We can support the commercial and legal process in the contractual aspects of Negotiation, Mediation, Conciliation, Adjudication and Arbitration. We bring substantial expertise and experience to the fore in the preparation of the written submissions Responses required for each of the alternative forms of dispute resolution. We are also at the forefront of dispute resolution in Ireland and this is reflected in the fact that David McCarthy is a member of both the Panel of Mediators and of Conciliators of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland as well as being a committee member of the Dispute Resolution Committee of the Society.

As of July 25th 2016, the Construction Contracts Act is in force. This Act introduces adjudication as a statutory dispute resolution mechanism to resolve payment disputes. David McCarthy has been appointed to the Adjudicator’s Panel of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland.
